What would you be doing?
Work on a company ranked at top 10% worldwide level according to Officevibe in employee engagement, we earned the ‘Champion’ badge on Officevibe’s benchmark scale
Design, develop and improve new and existing web components for web applications following best practices using Ruby on Rails framework plus modern frontend frameworks.
Drive final architectural decisions keeping applications at its best performance
Pair-programming and providing hands-on mentorship to junior and intermediate engineers.
Participating in formal and informal code reviews.
Design correct testing strategy, manage (automate) all end-to-end with unit tests and regression/integration testing.
Perform complete testing of all developed units and components such as browser compatibility handling, UI/UX issues, mobile friendly design implementations, etc.
Write technical documentation related to processes and specifications when required by Project Managers.
Collaborate with QA Department to automate test scenarios as part of integration tests.
Achieve mastery in the tools, languages, and frameworks used by the team.
Participating in technical interviews for potential hires.
Research & suggest emerging technologies with the goal of applying these technologies to current and future projects.

Write code that prove that the code works (unit/integration tests), delivers fully tested code

This position is not open to be remote, but can be applied to one of our offices in México: Aguascalientes, Leon or Colima.
What we offer:
Competitive pay, monthly salary from $25,000 to $40,000 MXN depending on experience, plus up to 50% the salary in bonuses based on performance every month.
Ruby on Rails training
1-1 Meetings every month and performance Reviews every 3 months, our policy is to have a promotion or graduation
Monday to Friday, flexible time

Savings fund up to 5% of the salary (We'll double the amount)
